User Eligibility
Access to the mobile fishing simulation is restricted to individuals who meet local age requirements for digital entertainment and archival usage.
1. The Nature of Exploration
Arctic Angler provides an educational and entertainment portal focused on virtual arctic fishing adventures. Our platform, including simulation software such as Arctic Frost Reel and Glacier Catch, is designed for recreational use only. We emphasize that all encounters within these frozen waters are simulated and do not represent real-world physical locations or biological entities.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly forbidden from attempting to reverse-engineer simulation mechanics or manipulate environment data within titles like Deep Ice Haul or Tundra Tackle. Furthermore, users shall not:
- — Use any automated script or data mining tool to extract geographical coordinates or species indices.
- — Interfere with the mobile porting infrastructure that serves our international fishing world.
- — Attempt to bypass security layers protecting the Northern Lights Hook social experience.
Social Strategy & Payout Disclosure
Arctic Angler operates under a play-for-fun business model. All virtual currencies, trophies, and cleared levels are purely cosmetic and hold no monetary value. We do not offer opportunities for real-world currency acquisition or licensed gambling mechanisms. Any similarity to wagering systems is strictly for thematic atmospheric engagement.
Intellectual Property &
Proprietary Ice Physics
All simulation assets, including the specific Ice Thickness Modulation algorithms and the visual rendering of sub-zero landscapes, are the exclusive property of Arctic Angler.
Reproduction of simulation guides or visual media without Level 33 clearance is prohibited.
Algorithm data regarding species behavior in high-latitude environments is protected.

Limitation of Liability
Arctic Angler shall not be held responsible for hardware failure during complex simulation rendering across mobile platforms. Users acknowledge that environment data is based on high-latitude coordinates and approximated for entertainment purposes. No warranty, express or implied, is provided regarding the absolute accuracy of the fishing world's physics or species distribution.
Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of Malaysia. Legal proceedings must be initiated in Kuala Lumpur.
Modification
We reserve the right to patch simulation terms at any moment. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
